This Privacy Policy explains how Alexander Pollock dba Get Content ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the Get Content Chrome Extension ("the Extension").
1. The Extension's Purpose
The Get Content Extension is a utility tool designed to help users sort and analyze publicly available Instagram Reel and Post data (such as Views, Likes, Comments, and Post Links) on a user's chosen Instagram profile. The Extension operates directly within your web browser.
2. Information We DO NOT Collect, Store, or Transmit
The Extension's core function is entirely local, and we do not collect, store, or transmit the vast majority of information generated during its use:
Instagram Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any publicly or privately viewable data (including Reels, Posts, Views, Likes, Comments, or Captions) from Instagram. All such data is processed, sorted, and temporarily stored only within your local browser's environment (IndexedDB and Session Storage). This data is never sent to our servers or any third party.
Browsing Activity: We do not track or store your browsing history or other website activities outside of Instagram.
Personal Instagram Information: We do not collect your Instagram login credentials, passwords, or personal account details.
3. Information We Collect and Its Use
We collect a limited amount of Personal Information exclusively to provide access to the Extension’s premium features.

Data Transmission & Security
The Extension uses a secure external webhook (https://n8n.getguddie.com/webhook/...) to transmit the name and email you provide during the optional registration process.
We use standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for all transmission, but no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. Your First Name, Last Name, and Email are shared only with our external licensing/management system for the purposes outlined above. We may also share your information in the following limited circumstances:
Compliance with Law: If we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with legal requests.
Business Transfers: In connection with the sale, merger, or reorganization of all or a portion of our business.
5. Third-Party Libraries
The Extension utilizes the following third-party library, which runs locally within your browser:
xlsx.full.min.js: Used to generate Excel and CSV files when you choose to export data. This library processes the locally-scraped Instagram data entirely within your browser and does not transmit any information externally.
